Who we are

McCrawAI is a media development consulting firm based in Longmont, Colorado, USA. In this policy, “McCrawAI,” “we” and “us” mean our business, and “the site” means mccrawai.com. If you have a question about this policy, email us at mccrawai.ops@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you use our contact form. The form on our homepage asks for your name, company, email address and industry, plus what you're trying to build. You can also choose to add your phone number, website and budget range. We only get what you type in and send.

When you email us. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message.

When you book a call. Our “Book a Strategy Call” buttons open a Google Calendar booking page. That page is run by Google, and what you enter there (such as your name, email address and any notes) is shared with us so we can hold the call. Google's own privacy policy applies to that page.

When you simply visit. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used to deliver the site, keep it secure and fix problems.

What we don't do

• We don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on the site, and the site doesn't set cookies.
• We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their advertising.
• We don't record what you type into the form until you choose to send it.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to you, set up and hold a strategy call, prepare a proposal if you ask for one, deliver our services if you become a client, and keep normal business records. We won't add you to a marketing list just because you contacted us.

Who helps us

We use a few service providers to run the site and our business. They handle your information only so they can provide their service to us:

• Formspree receives contact form submissions and forwards them to our email.
• Google provides our email and the calendar booking page.
• Netlify hosts the site and keeps the server logs described above.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and business emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you and keep reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mccrawai.ops@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and we limit who can see your information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through the contact form or by email.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Other websites

The site links to other websites, such as Google Calendar and our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we aren't responsible for how they handle information.

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the “Last updated” date above.
